Paint – Painting is one of the cheapest things you can do to a home to maximize its selling potential, especially if you are handy enough to do it your self! Stay with neutral colors but that doesn’t mean no color. Visit a few models in the area to see the latest colors, they spend a lot of money deciding which colors sell so don’t reinvent the wheel. Pick one color and stay with it through out the home, this enhances the floor plan.
Flooring – New carpeting, tile or wood flooring especially if your current floors are a mix match of different types helps again with the flow of a home.
